Dear Business Partner,
Through this briefing we would like to update you on the current status at our mills and the logistics situation in general. Arctic Paper continue to closely monitor the Public Health challenges of Covid-19 and are committed to following the Local Government regulations and guidelines that have been issued and constantly revised over the last weeks across Europe. We have put several measures in place to safeguard the well-being of our staff, the transportation partners and our clients.
In this extraordinary situation with a lot of uncertainty, Arctic Paper strive to minimize supply disruption. Currently, all mills are secured with necessary raw materials and prepared for continuous production.
All three mills - Arctic Paper Kostrzyn (Poland), Arctic Paper Grycksbo and Arctic Paper Munkedals (Sweden) operate according to plan.
Every effort is being made to ensure that our products continue to be delivered on time, however, we need to highlight the fact that we are starting to witness some delays at border controls and in truck capacity for certain destinations. The deliveries are at the moment according to plan, but short delays are possible. The delays on transport deliveries caused by the restrictions imposed by the European countries is out of our control, but I can assure you that we do everything we can to minimize the impact.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding on the matter. In case of any questions or comments, do not hesitate to contact your Arctic Paper business contact.
Sincerely,
Michal JarczyĆski, CEO
Arctic Paper
